A) Shipping costs
 
Free Shipping for all orders above € 350.00 (net goods value) 
Austria, Belgium, Danmark, France, Luxemboiurg, Nehterland, Polen, Slovakia, Slovenia:                   Shipping costs € 8.95 (without VAT) + € 4.- for packaging material and packing costs per parcel (max 30kg)
Czechoslovakia, Estland, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Spain: Shipping costs approx. € 19.95 (without VAT) + € 4.- for packaging material and packing costs per parcel (max 30kg)

B) Why are the shipping costs so high for small orders?
We are a small company which was specialized on big customers and has only 1 warehouse in Switzerland. That means all orders are packed by hand in Switzerland. We do not have automated packing lines and have always concentrated on offering the best possible products at the lowest possible price. Packing and shipping was never a way for us to win new customers, but we simply charged the real prices we had (packing, carton, transport costs). Also because we believe that logistics is of central importance and that this is often underpaid today - whether it is the chauffeur or even the supplier of the cardboard box.

C) Tax & Duties? 
The costs for additional tax & duties are not included in the shipment costs and must be paid by receiver upon receipt of parcel. VAT tax for EU countries (Zone 1 + 2) destination will be included in invoice. Intracumminity free VAT tax delivery will be made upon request for B-B clients. Valid VAT number and EORI number must be provided with the order.
 
D) With whom are we sending? 
We send all parcels with DPD / Chronopost within Europe. If you wish we can supply you the individual track & trace number. For shipments to the rest of the world we offer FedEx AirParcel services worldwide. Please ask for a quotation.
 
E) Delivery Time ? When does my order leave the stock?
Your goods are normally leaving on the same day of your order and after receipt of your payment our warehouse, if your order has been placed before 11.00 am.
 
Standard delivery time to Zone 1 countries is 2-4 working days
Standard delivery time to Zone 2 countries is 3-7 working days
Standard delivery time to Zone 3 countries is 4 - 8 working days
Standard delivery time to Zone 4 countries is 8 - 14 working days
 
Zone 1 countries: Gemany, Austria
Zone 2 countries: France, Belgium, Netherland, Poland, Luxembourg
Zone 3 countries: all other EU countries
Zone 4 countries: non EU countries
 
F) Can there be a delivery and a separate invoice address? 
Yes. When finishing the order process online you can inform us about extra delivery address. The parcels will be delivered by DPD from Monday to Friday (personal handover against signature. If you are not at home DPD customers can send and receive parcels at the Pickup point that’s most convenient, whether it’s a busy
street near the office, or somewhere closer to home. DPD's local Pickup network makes it convenient for customers wherever they are in Europe. With over 28,000
local shops and self-service lockers.

G) Can I send back the goods and who is paying for those parcel costs? 
If you are not satisfied with the delivered goods you can send them back (in the original packaging, unopened and un-used) within 10 days after receipt. More informations please refer to our general conditions. Please always include a invoice copy in your sending and the reason for sending back. The parcel costs for send back is on your behalf.
