A) Shipping costs
 
Free Shipping for all orders above € 350.00 (net goods value, shipped with DHL) 

B) Tax & Duties? 

There are no additional VAT tax to be paid by customer. We charge 20% VAT on all shipments. Intracumminity free VAT tax delivery will be made upon request for B-B clients. Valid VAT number and EORI number must be provided with the order.
 
C) With whom are we sending? 
 
By default we send all parcels with classic truck delivery with DHL within Europe. If you wish we can supply you the individual track & trace number.
 
If you live on an island (for example Cyprus, Mallorca etc) we can't offer DHL service anymore. But you still can place the order, then go to your local DHL, agent and book / pay the transport with them, they will then pick up the parcel in our warehouse and transport it to your place. Your local transport agent (for example DHL) will send us the shimpent label and pick up the parcel in our warehouse in Switzerland.
 
For shipments to the rest of the world we offer FedEx AirParcel services worldwide. Please ask for a quotation.
 
D) Delivery Time ? When does my order leave the stock?
 
Your goods are normally leaving on the same day (orders be placed before 12:00 am) of your order and after receipt of your payment our warehouse, if your order has been placed before 11.00 am.
 
Standard delivery time to Zone 1 countries is 2-3 working days
Standard delivery time to Zone 2 countries is 3-6 working days
Standard delivery time to Zone 3 countries is 6 - 10 working days
Standard delivery time to Zone 4 countries is 4 - 12 working days
 
E) Can there be a delivery and a separate invoice address? 
 
Yes. When finishing the order process online you can inform us about extra delivery address. The parcels will be delivered from Monday to Friday (personal handover, against signature). If you are not at home DPD customers can send and receive parcels at the Pickup point which is most convenient for you. If you need more informations please visit www.dpd.com
 
G) Can I send back the goods and who is paying for those parcel costs? 
 
If you are not satisfied with the delivered goods you can send them back (in the original packaging, unopened and un-used) within 10 days after receipt. More informations please refer to our general conditions. Please always include a invoice copy in your sending and the reason for sending back. The parcel costs for send back is on your behalf.
 
H) Return adress
